Bringing over a decade of financial expertise, Derrick has a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency across various industries. Before co-founding Nuss Partners, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at GWS Tool Group, where he specialized in cash flow management, financial controlling across multiple sites, multi-currency handling, and key performance indicators. He also served as Controller, playing a critical role in financial forecasting and strategic financial planning.
At Dana Incorporated, Derrick held the role of Financial Controller, overseeing international financial operations and multi-plant financial activities, further enriching his global exposure and leadership skills. His earlier roles at ZF Group and STANLEY Security as Multi-Plant Controller and CSS Operations Controller, respectively, solidified his expertise in managing multiple sites and complex financial structures.
Derrick began his career as a Cost Analyst at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems Inc., where he gained valuable international experience and developed a strong foundation in cost analysis and financial reporting.
