Meet Bob Stanton
Bob Stanton is a faith-driven leader, lifelong observer, and entrepreneurial builder who leads with heart, humility, and purpose. His leadership philosophy was shaped not in a classroom, but on hot pavement—as an 18-year-old working road construction and learning from the grit, wisdom, and character of everyday people.
Through college, decades in corporate leadership—including serving as COO of Group1001—and now as the founder of multiple businesses, Bob has always paid attention. He studied the great people in his life, learned from their quiet excellence, and reflected deeply on what makes a leader worth following.
Bob is the co-founder of Nuss Partners, Nuss Flavor Creations, and Byteworks, and the co-owner of the historic Jones Meat & Locker. He is also the creator of Locker Talk, a podcast sharing stories from behind the butcher block to behind the scenes of leadership. Next venture? Opening a new retail butcher store in Westfield, Indiana called The Locker, designed to bring premium meats and small-town service to a growing community.
